WEB-BASED SOFTWARE FOR TELEMONITORING
Oyster ECG & More simplifies the integration of telemonitoring applications into medical infrastructures, offering an innovative way to continuously monitor their patients. We provided software design support with a simple, high-performance web interface to manage the list of transmissions, devices, patients, and personnel assigned to various monitoring reports.
With intuitive device assignment management, Oyster highlights in real time the elapsed time since the start of monitoring and any delays in returning the device.
PROTOTIPAZIONE DEL DESIGN
The development of the project was born with the goal of improving User Experience Design to make the user interface usable and pleasant to use even on portable devices such as tablets or smartphones.
We used Figma to create an initial prototype to show to the client in order to verify that the design set up was adequate to the users' needs and expectations, providing them with a link they could use at any time to check the progress of the work.
DEVELOPED FOR EACH DEVICE
Megiston's team developed in Ruby On Rails both the backend, where the various components communicated with each other, and the frontend, which offers end users an easy-to-use dashboard with a better user experience.
A goal that was close to our hearts was to make essential changes to the web application architecture to solve agility and scalability issues in relation to the device being used, as the platform must run smoothly to provide a pleasant experience and be useful to users.
