The first chapter

Quisisana’s strength was clear on-site, but online it didn’t always come through with the same intensity. The challenge wasn’t getting known, but turning interest into concrete action. Between seasonality, different offers, and many stay options, the user could get lost: high interest, but no immediate choice.

Behind the scenes

The point wasn’t to “run advertising”, but to bring order and continuity: messages not always aligned between ads and website, campaigns to make more readable (priorities, focus, seasons), and the need for solid data to understand what generated real inquiries and what was wasting budget.

Digital campaigns

We managed Quisisana’s online advertising on Meta Ads and Google Ads: on social media we tested different images, copy, and audience segments; on Google we reached users who were already searching for a thermal/spa hotel. We optimized campaigns over time, keeping what generated real inquiries and shifting budget where it performed best.

We worked closely with the internal team and collaborators to produce content consistent with the Quisisana experience and usable across different moments of the funnel. Alignment between creativity and strategy made communication more consistent and improved campaign effectiveness.

We planned the budget month by month based on seasonality and priorities, allocating investment where it performed best. In parallel, we maintained constant tracking and analysis to read KPIs, distinguish what generates real inquiries from what wastes budget, and make fast decisions: more precise optimizations, more profitable campaigns.
