At the foot of the Euganean Hills, this family-run business, active for over 40 years, offers an experience centered on the search for balance between body and mind: nature, care, and hospitality come together to transform every stay into an authentic and rejuvenating moment.

The first chapter

Continental Terme Hotel was a family-run business with a long history of hospitality and a strong identity linked to thermal wellness and the local area, but its online communication did not fully express this richness. Digital activities were present but not coordinated, and the hotel’s authentic experience did not come through with the same strength in the way it was presented to the public.

Behind the scenes

The website was somewhat outdated and not very conversion-oriented: complex contact forms and unclear user journeys slowed down direct bookings. Digital communication lacked a clear direction: there was no structured lead collection system or automations to maintain the relationship with guests.

The website was rethought and redesigned to enhance the thermal experience and support conversion: clear architecture, contact forms integrated with the management system, and dedicated landing pages for campaigns and offers. The design now reflects the hotel’s identity and guides users smoothly toward booking.

Digital campaigns

We developed digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to enter new markets. We ran continuous A/B tests over time: this allowed us to identify the best-performing messages for each audience and optimize advertising investment across different markets.

With Klaviyo, a structured lead collection system was created: forms on the website, dynamic segmentation, and automated welcome flows, follow-ups, and targeted offers. This way, the relationship with the guest continues even after the stay.

Landing Pages

Targeted landing pages were created for packages and promotions. The goal was to increase conversion rates: simple, integrated forms made quote requests more immediate.

Reporting

Monthly monitoring of the website and campaigns, with reports shared with the marketing team. Results analysis drives fast decisions and continuously improves performance.
