Bike Abano Terme Montegrotto is the project that brings together seven properties in the Euganean Hills area under a single identity: a coordinated network designed for the sports tourist looking for an active holiday, while finding balance in wellness and thermal recovery.

The first chapter

The project was born from a strong idea: to tell the story of Abano and Montegrotto as a biking destination, bringing seven different hoteliers together under the same brand. The challenge wasn’t to communicate a single property, but to convey the image of a coordinated, recognizable territory, without flattening the identities of the individual hotels.

Behind the scenes

The risk was twofold: on one hand, a scattered communication with seven voices pulling in different directions; on the other, a complex booking system to manage, with many variables at play between package, hotel, dates, participants and bike rental. A clear identity was needed, together with a platform capable of handling this complexity without weighing on the user.

Our chapter

We built Bike Abano Terme Montegrotto from the ground up: visual identity, website design in Figma, development in WordPress and a custom booking system, conceived as a small configurator. A complete direction that holds together seven hotels, dozens of packages and a smooth booking path, in a single coherent experience.

Brand Identity

The logo concept comes from the combination of three worlds: thermal baths, bikes and water. A mark that immediately communicates the project’s promise: an active holiday, yet connected to wellness and recovery. We worked on palette, typography and usage guidelines to build a recognizable identity, reproducible with consistency across all touchpoints of the seven participating hotels.

Website

We designed the site in Figma and developed the platform in WordPress with the Astra theme and Elementor: a solid, flexible foundation, designed to support a network of seven properties without losing lightness. Clear architecture, ordered hierarchies and a user experience built to guide the visitor from discovery to booking.

Stay Page

The Stay page is the heart of the network: an interactive map shows the seven participating hotels, each with its own presentation card. The goal was precise: to convey the variety of the offer without ever losing the coherence of the project. Each hotel keeps its own identity, but all speak the same language.

Packages Page

Every package was built with a product-card logic, to increase conversion: photo gallery on the left, title, description, details and price on the right. The most important information stays above the fold, ready to be seen right away. In-depth content comes next, in a broader descriptive section, for those who want to dive deeper.

Booking System

We developed a multi-step form in four stages: package, hotel with dates and participants, bike rental and final details. There was a lot of information to collect, but the user shouldn’t feel the weight of it: we designed it as a mini-configurator, where prices and options change based on the selected package and hotel. Cards and fields guide the completion in a light way, while the collected data is sent to the agency that manages the request.
